The terms that apply to every purchase from Software in Store. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by MAKERS UNITY LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Software in Store”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital software licenses (product keys) for Microsoft software. Product pages state what each license covers: the product and version, the number of devices, the platform, and the license type. Software itself is downloaded from official Microsoft sources; the license key we deliver activates it.
3. Delivery
Licenses are delivered by email, normally within minutes of successful payment, per our Delivery Policy. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.
4. License use
Licenses are for the stated number of devices and are subject to Microsoft’s applicable license terms. You may not resell keys purchased from us without our written consent, and keys may not be used for unlawful purposes.
5. Guarantee and refunds
Every order carries our 180-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy: if a key cannot be activated and our support cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Support
Order-related assistance for download, installation and activation is included with every order and available seven days a week at support@softwareinstore.com.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
Independent reseller and license rights
Software in Store is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft product names and trademarks identify the products offered. Activation confirms that a product key was accepted; it does not, by itself, establish ownership, genuine status, transfer rights or compliance with the applicable license agreement. Keep your invoice and licensing documentation.
License type, permitted users or devices, region restrictions and transfer rights are governed by the specific license supplied and the applicable Microsoft terms. A perpetual license is for the specified version; it does not include perpetual vendor support or future versions. Ask us to clarify missing product details before payment.
