How and when your license key is delivered, and what to do if it does not arrive.
Instant digital delivery, nothing ships
Every product sold by Software in Store is a digital license delivered by email. There are no physical goods, no shipping costs and no physical shipping: your license key, official download link and installation guide are normally sent within minutes of successful payment. Payment checks and technical issues can delay delivery.
If the email hasn’t arrived
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, automated emails occasionally land there.
- Confirm the email address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Contact support@softwareinstore.com with your order number, we will investigate and resend your order details as appropriate.
Keep your delivery email
Your license is perpetual, and the delivery email contains the key and official download links you may want again after a reinstall. We recommend archiving it (or storing the key in a password manager).
